Pula - Connect all the colors of Istria

City of Pula attracts travelers with its natural beauty and long history. Visitors will tour the Pula Arena, the Roman amphitheater, the sixth largest in the world, followed by theForum from the 1st century, the Golden Gate and the ancient ramparts, but the real challenge is hiding in the gardens and parks of Pula. City surroundings  is also rich in various natural resources, so let's connect all colors of Istria. Whole peninsula has an interesting and eventful history full of unusual traditions preserved through the generations, and the folk of Istria were able to preserve the pristine natural values of their peninsula. Protection of natural resources is an unwritten law that allowed residents life. Tourism, agriculture, fisheries resources are the source of life in today's Istria. We have an opportunity  in half-day or day trips to meet all the colors of Istria. Red is the color of western Istria, the color of earth and wine, gray is the color of the stone cities of the interior of the peninsula. White is the color of Učka mountain, blue sweeps  the shore while the green represents Istrian woods and fields. Near Pula lies attractive Medulin , and at the southernmost cape of Istria, a nature reserve, Rt Kamenjak. In the vicinity are Fažana and Brijuni National Park, which today is visited by the most important statesmen of the world, popular actors and other artists. Pazin in central Istria reveals the largest Istrian groundwater. Pazin Cave is the most illustrative example of natural forces in the karst terrain of Istria. The picturesque Rovinj, Porec and the famous Euphrasius Basilica, observatory in Višnjan, medieval town of Motovun and underneath Motovun forest, which stretches along the Mirna River valley, famous for truffles. Rich medieval past and look connect Hum and Roč. These two sites are connected by Glagolitic alley, a series of monuments erected in the length of 3 kilometers, which represent the oldest Croatian alphabet. Istria is a beautiful palette of colors and experiences.

Price per day/ 225 kn (calculated on the base of 35 students)
The trip will be created according to groups desires and preferences in the period of one to five days with excursions and sightseeings according to preferences of teachers and students. Below are some suggestions for visits and excursions, choose what you are interested in or just add your wishes that will be included in the final programe.
Price includes: accomodation in Youth Hostel Pula on the basis of full board for students and two teachers accompanying the group, tour guide service, group hostel card, student insurance, costumed city tour with professional guide, organisation.
Not included; transportation, entrance fees, excursions.

The price without transport: PP Učka - educational program 25,00-30,00 kn, Vodnjan - walking trails kažun and workshops drywall (price on request), FL - Observatory 20.00 to 25.00 kn, Lim walk-up Romuald's Cave with an educational program about wildlife in the past and now 20.00kn, Rovinj - sightseeing 580,00 kn (group), an educational tour of the reserve Palud with educational programs 20.00 kn, Brijuni-tour with a professional guide , drive train (June and September 40.00kn), the arrival or departure: Delnice - House Rački and Popović mill, visit the mini zoo, Kupa valley – touring butterfly meadow,  forestry, hunting and fishing exhibition, and visit to eco estates of Primary school F.K.Frankopan with workshops and educational programs 300,00 kn (group).
